Rohit’s Mission

My mission is to empower companies worldwide to maximize their People Quotient (PQ). Drawing on decades of operating and investing experience, I use my proven structured systems to transform people strategies into true PQ and unlock untapped operating and financial performance.

About Rohit

Founder, Author, operator, investor, advisor

I have spent over two decades on all sides of the table - as an operator, investor, and advisor across businesses worldwide.

As a global citizen who lived and worked in seven countries, I bring a distinctive cultural lens to businesses worldwide.

Having scaled local, regional, and national businesses, I bring organizational depth agnostic of scale, type, and industry.

I founded PQ driven by a core belief - people are a company’s ultimate competitive advantage. It is a data-driven, people-first business designed to help leaders win.

As founder, I built People Quotient - helping companies build, scale, and win through their PQ.

As author, I wrote The People Priority - the #1 International Bestseller published by Fast Company Press.

As investor, in Private Equity, I oversaw 10 platforms, multiple add-ons, and exits up to 8x MOIC.

As operator, I led local, regional, and national P&Ls in an MSD Capital backed B2B service business sold to KKR in a $2B merger.

As advisor, I was part of McKinsey & Company's Private Equity practice, advising global PE firms on transactions and operations.

The THIRD QUOTient

PQ: People Quotient

Organizations need more than good strategy to succeed

After decades of operating, investing, and advising high-growth companies - every organization that scales and outperforms their competition has one thing in common.

It's not intelligence or intent but its their People Quotient (PQ)

PQ is the foundational quotient most organizations ignore. It defines how well the organization builds, aligns, and develops its people - and determines if it compounds their capabilities or quietly destroys them.
